Dr Lara Phillips

Dr Phillips grew up in Cambridge and has lived in Great Shelford since the age of seven. After graduating with honours from Cardiff University, she returned home to practise dentistry locally before establishing Form Dental as an independent, family-run practice in Stapleford.

She founded Form Dental with a clear purpose: to create a practice where patients feel genuinely listened to and where appointments are never rushed. For Dr Phillips, dentistry is as much about trust and communication as it is about clinical precision. She is particularly passionate about building long-term relationships with patients and helping people feel confident in their oral health, whatever their starting point.

Outside of work, Lara enjoys village walks with her miniature dachshund, Luna, Pilates, catching up with friends, and spending time with her husband, William.

She is expecting a baby girl soon and will return to clinical practice in the coming months. In the meantime, patients will be cared for by our experienced clinical team, who share her standards and approach. She continues to lead the vision and direction of the practice, and looks forward to welcoming you.
